Any advice for using the Atlantis comp stay?

I just got Diamond status and was thinking about using the Atlantis comp stay and looking for advice from anyone that's taken advantage before...looking to understand the resort fees and any other expenses I should be aware of before booking. Also looking to know of this is a good place to bring my kids ages 4 and 6.
