Creator Profile isn't showing up

So I have a question just making sure other people have gone through this but Has anyone looked up or pressed on a creators profile and it doesn't show up? For example I have a favorite DC creator and I haven't used their bots in awhile so when I clicked on their profile from an old chat it gave me this I would like to also add that their bots are still available but you have to look them up individually
