As someone who was a former teacher but has only been in the community for three years, what aspects about Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools have you found to work? And what changes would you want done from teachers, administrators, and the school board?

I’m opening this up to not only parents of CMS students but also the community at large just for breadth of opinion.
