My SFO experience today was the worst!

I tried to get into the Golden Gate Lounge at SFO, but the staff member at the door was not friendly: “Oh no honey! Only business class today!!”. Obviously, chase is getting away by saying that there are restrictions already mentioned in the app. Next, I tried the SFO Club, the line was super long and after the line had to be on waitlist and didn’t get their second message to check in until I was in the line to get in the plane. So overall, 0 out of 5!
