Chess.com appeal (no response)

just wondering how long it takes to appeal a chess.com ban, it has been 9 days and after 5 business days i submitted a second appeal. No response, I really really love to play chess and paid for the diamond membership as well as average over 60 games per day. Does anyone know if they will ever look at my appeal or unban my account?
