Relator Suggestion for House Rental

Hi! My partner and I are looking to rent a single family home. We have had a lot of difficulty finding properties that are not managed by a huge company that require random fees or ones that don't seem like total scams.

We are at the point where we are ready to get a relator involved. Any recommendations on a good reliable relator that works with rental properties would be greatly appreciated!
