Will CoH3 go on Sale on PS Store?

Hi guys,

I would love to get into CoH3 on playstation but not for £54.99. I find it quite odd that I have not seen it on sale. I have a question related to this.

Is CoH3 on console just the devs trying to milk the console base and basically as such it will not go on sale?

Also, is CoH3 on console up to date with PC or is it lagging behind and not supported well?
