I started therapy and it's difficult, but it's working

I've had bad anxiety for as long as I remember. And lately it's become overwhelming and I finally started therapy to help me (and help me with a lot of other underlying things it turns out).

I'm really really proud of myself. I'm now about to have my fourth session in a few minutes and though anxiety is upon me, I am also looking forward to speaking to my therapist again and taking more steps forward.

Yay me :)
