Is this bacillus (wet rot) or something else growing with my mycelium transfer? Yes, I am a Noob as you can likely tell from the condition of this plate. Apologies & TYIA

I started about 20 plates last week and 6 of them have this white slime looking stuff growing around the transferee piece of mycelium. What could it be?
