Costco tire center

Made an appointment for flat repair and tire rotation for 10am as soon as tire Center opens. So, when I arrived around 9:15am noticed approximately 8 people standing in line waiting for the tire Center to open. When they opened the doors around 9:35am I proceeded to go inside and noticed only 1 employee dealing with customers, so as I noticed the time creeping up on my scheduled appointment time I asked if I was in the right line and he said yes he’ll get to me. When I was finally helped by another employee a little after 10am he asked for my information and what was the reason for my visit today. I told him I recently purchased my tires there and wanted flat repair and tire rotation and he asked for my mileage, which he made me go back out to the car and get it. I noticed that everyone else who was purchasing tires the employees would go out to get their mileage. So, after I was done checking in they told me it’ll be 30-90min wait, so in the meantime we went shopping for about 50min. and when we came back noticed the vehicle on the lift with the tires off and luckily I questioned the installer if they found the nail and tire was repaired. He looked at paperwork and found the nail and sent the tire off to another installer, which took about another hour 30min just to repair flat and another 30min for balance and install. Overall a total of 2hrs in tire Center with food in my shopping and no apology, with appointment… Totally unacceptable will not be going back to ever purchase tires there again!!!
