Sandbox Updates coming with next Act, courtesy of TWID

Curious to hear people's initial thoughts? I like the Prismatic and Storm's Edge changes, though do think the Knucklehead change might not be far enough. Not sure how I feel about the 120 change just yet, but I do think Precision Instrument was too mandatory of a perk for them to compete.

(As well as I selfishly am very thrilled Telesto is getting fixed.)
