Alternatives for Maya Chan?

Hi (: I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for an alternative to Maya Chan in Costa Maya? We booked this cruise a little last minute so I'm not surprised they're overbooked for our date, bummer though because everyone's reviews here & online sounded like it's an amazing time!
