People who complain about game slowing down late game, what are your actual PC specs? I am building a new rig just for paradox games and I am curious if my cpu choice is wise.

As title says, what are your specs? I am thinking of getting i5-13400F and 32 gigs of ram. Atm I have i5-8300H and 32 gb on laptop. Game becomes pain after 250 years in vanilla, big total conversion mods are slow from the start haha.
