Do i confess here

So basically I've known her for 2 years and last year i confessed to her and we didn't talk for the rest of the year bc she said no but this year we've started talking again and she's been acting different me since we started talking again bc shes more goofy she gets closer to me and we make like Hella eye contact and when we do we either smile or make weird faces at each other but if im wrong i can like never talk to her again so whats the move here
