A jury wouldn't convict a proven murderer?

Yes, I think the jury would justify that murder and I would hope that the judge sentencing Cain would take that into account when issuing that sentence, but to say that the jury wouldn't convict him is Roy going to the extreme like he does anytime he hears the name of a politician that he doesn't agree with,
