Relic Blade

By the Emperor, the Relic Blade. For context, I made a post a few weeks ago about how I hate the Heavy Sword, it just felt wrong when I used it, like both the light attacks and heavy attacks were just missed timed. Now, this may be due to the fact that I main psyker and normally just use the Surge staff for the entire level. But, I am working on the various weapon penances, and thus must leave my safe zone. And while I disliked the heavy sword, I do love the crusher weapons, big heavy maces with electro attacks? Love them,

But, the Relic Blade? Holt shit. It just feels natural. Like it is supposed to kill heretics. I haven't worked out the heating/over-heating mechanic yet, but I've only used it the one time thus far, and it was just fun. it cleaved through chaff and elites alike. And felt natural the entire time.

10/10 Solid zealot weapon.
