Is this a potential scam?

I ordered some boots from someone claiming to be from the states and their listings were all in USD. So, what’s up with this strange message, and when I look up the tracking number it says it’s coming from China? It’s still listed as awaiting shipping on my end on Depop. I’ve bought several things off the app before, but haven’t ever come across something like this
