can psoriasis make ringworm worse?

I have psoriasis and have gotten ringworm twice now. i get the raised perfect circle with the clear center, it is 100% ringworm. the ringworm has been so itchy that i itch until my skin bleeds. my dermatologist says that ringworm is not itchy, but is it possible that my psoriasis makes the ringworm more itchy?
