Help me spruce up my half bath!

Hi! I’m looking to spruce my half bath up. It came with all these weird mismatched things like the “rustic” yellow vanity, and the modern gray floor and wainscoting. I can’t get rid of the floor but I could put peel and stick over it! I am in the mood for reds, cherries, tomato colors. I was thinking of painting the cabinet perhaps. If you could do anything to this bathroom (without ripping anything apart), what would you do? 😋
