Do DLCs and content transfer between console and pc

I played ps5 destiny 2, sometimes on ps5 it asked me to log in or something on destiny, I never did, just played with my ps account, just got a pc and want to play there, can I get the same account on it and do these things transfer? Also wondering if I could change my name thanks reddit!
