Moto Mum's and Dad's, do you make your kids wear earplugs?

I know riding can cause hearing loss, my son has been riding for about a year now and I just tonight thought, Should he be wearing hearing protection?? His bike is a completely stock KLX110r so its pretty quiet.

Do you guys make your little ones wear earplugs?
