Diverge E5 Comp Hanger compatibility

Hi, guys i'm new to biking, this is first time bending my hanger and my LBS told me that I need to replace it. I did some digging online and came across some options that just left me more or less confused. I already found the Hanger but i came across some universal hangers (SRAM/others) and I'm wondering (since it is cheaper) If I should go with these universal hangers or just stay away from them? does anyone have any experiences with these hangers?
