DMing is hard.

Probably a vent post??? DMing is hard. Seriously. My screen is a mess of tabs, Roll20, Discord, one of my characters' sheet in a Google Doc and statblocks for whatever monsters are around. Then a tab with Google incase In need to search anything, three (or four) character sheets opened in Adobe Acrobat reader and a notepad file where I kept track of enemy health and such. Remedied with me finding hidden health bars and the "too many tabs" problem might be fixed when I bring in a second screen in the form of my laptop, but still. Not to mention, one of my characters seems totally detached from the party, is rather non-communicative and suffers from language barrier issues, another player oftentimes leaves early because we usually start late into the night for him and another player has been absent for the last two or three sessions due to not feeling well for the last few weeks. What pisses me most is that aside from maybe the non-communicative player, all of these are things outside my control or my incompetence at management. And I am starting a bit to hate it. I am afraid we wont be able to finish the story. Idk what to do. "Well just dont DM" well nobody around is up to DMing so what am I supposed to do?

Anyway rant over
