If humans are turned into demons ( not possessed) in nekravol then explain what they turn into

Like This confuses me the archvile Clearly isn't human And most of the demons Like imps are certainly not human It never gets brought up and there's evidence against it. The titans, cacodemon and pain elemental. The only one I can see being human is the mancubus But it has technology on it.
