Deja vu dream

About a couple weeks ago i stayed at my moms house, times goes by and i go to sleep around 2am.

At idk what time my mom comes in the room and tells me that my brother is in jail. Or so I thought. I fall back to sleep and forget about it.

At 6am she comes into the room again and is telling me that my brother is in jail. I then argue with her and say “yeah I know you told me already” her response to that was “no I didn’t I’m just now telling you, I just got the call”.

I asked was she sure cause now I’m confused asf.

Pretty sure it was a Deja vu which I’ve had before but not so sudden like that.
