Matched into FM but really wanted to be in IM? What should I do?

Hi everyone! So I got to know today that I matched into FM, but I had a passion for IM.It's a really sad moment for me. Can someone please tell me is there any way I can switch or change my speciality after pursuing residency. Any help would be much appreciated!
