Earbuds with real good bass?

Last week I bought the BX17 earbuds on Walmart. It said to have 85% bass so I was expecting something real powerful. But after trying them it wasn't as strong as I was expecting. The sound was very clear sure but that's not my main concern.

So does anyone know any earbuds with real good bass? Preferably 25$ or less.
