Suggestions on privacy wall trees with flowers?

We have a space that is about 5x12 between our patio and our neighbours house. I’m wanting to plant trees that will give us some privacy. What I’m looking for is something that doesn’t take a lot of tlc so I can be a bit lazy with it, is okay with south facing sun, doesn’t grow too wide so it doesn’t hang over our neighbours lawn, and ideally has fragrant flowers. Any suggestions?
