Setting our date

HOW in the world did those traveling for their elopement set the date??

We have a little over a year until the window we chose - March-May in New Zealand. We just decided where we want to have our elopement, but how did you decide when???

We both work a desk job and there’s not really any time in that range where we shouldn’t travel in terms of work. The photographer we want doesn’t yet have anything that far out scheduled, so we have free rein. I feel we should probably do a week day to avoid the days with the most travelers, but other than that we’re at a complete loss!
