PCSX2 Low End PC settings

I am on linux and i am getting lot of lag on pcsx2. Here are my specs, i hope someone can tell me what settings should i use to achieve at least 30 - 40 fps:Processor: Intel Core i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50 GHz

RAM: 4 GB

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 620
