[Bug] Did anyone experience wrong killer names on dog tags in-raid?

We just did three raids as a three-man in pve and each raid the dead pmcs had the wrong killer assigned or it simply said "killed", made it difficult to pick up the correct ones. Only in the post-raid screen and in the hideout did it show the currect killer
