I'm a Customer (not Seller) on Etsy --- help!

I apparently opened two customer accounts on Etsy with each of my emails. Now I can't see purchases I made after 2/24. An Etsy staffer is "trying to help" ... no idea what the solution is. I've signed out and signed in with each email, but my current purchase history is in the Bermuda Triangle. Bizarre.
