WHAT is going on with my nipple when pumping?

there are teeny tiny lumps on my areola when i pump and even if i try hand expressing. my nipple scrunches up all wrinkled looking. the bumps on my areola go away temporarily when i massage it but immediately come back. my nipple turns purple in the middle of pumping and stops expressing milk bc of the constriction. i've considered vasospasms and clogged milk ducts, but i CANT fix it for my life. it's been months trying warm compresses and taking magnesium and nothing helps.
