Back is growing but waist shows more because of it - help
I'm 11 months on T now and I've been working out trying to build muscle properly since just before going on T. I've been growing really nicely and it's going well - even in the last 3 months I've had visible growth. But it looks like the fat distribution from my hips is not keeping up with my back growth (it's happening, just slower). And now although I love how my back looks and how much progress I've made, my waist looks proportionally more visible (and feminine?) than months ago when my back was smaller and everything looked boxier. It's giving me some dysphoria.
Q1: Am I imagining things? Is it just my dysphoria? Q2: Apart from waiting for more fat redistribution, what exercises can I do to fill out my waist area a little more? I mean muscles tho, I don't really want to fill it with fat.
Attached comparisons of 2 months on T and 8 months on T vs now to picture what I mean.
