Staying fit while playing FUT

I’m sure I’m not alone in this group in rocking a slight dad bod (5’10” 215).

Always struggled to stay motivated for a good workout routine. But had a thought that some sort of UT related workout regimen could be a fun way to integrate exercise into the thing I do for fun.

Anyone ever do this? Anyone have any good ideas for how to make it happen?
