Brushing scam?

I got a text last Monday saying my package for chairs has been shipped to me from Target. I did not order chairs from Target. A few days prior to this message, I really did order a xmas tree from target. I brushed it off because we all get those low life’s that are tryna scam you. And the text message they sent had errors that were so obvious, it makes it seem like they are trying to be obvious.

Weirdly, my Xmas tree was suppose to be delivered today. I get home from work and it’s not the tree, it’s the damn chairs. So I look on target to see what’s going on with my order and it says I started a return today. Spoke with target chat and they said the seller put the wrong label on or something so that’s why it was returned. I’m very confused and this is definitely some typa scam. I just wonder if the two are connected or not. Has to be right? Please give some guidance if anyone has had a similar issue. I’m invested lol. I’m doing a deep investigation but can’t find anything out because it’s not business hours.
