T Edition costume and magic glitch?

It’s tough to find a spot to ask questions about T edition but I’m trying here.

Is there another step to unlocking costumes once you’ve met the requirements? For example Mog has learned all the dances but the costume is not in the dressing room. Gogo has mimicked around 500 times (according to the man north or narshe) but he also does not have a costume.

In addition, Umaro’s magic no longer shows up in battle. Outside of battle I can heal and such but the magic option doesn’t even come up in battle. If I give him an Esper then the magic option shows up but it’s blank except for the esper.

Any ideas on these issues?
