Am i being stupid by passing on better roles because i just joined a company?

I have just joined a BB for Operational risk analytics role(analyst), but i have offer from another BB for market risk(associate) role. I'm inclined towards the latter, but I also don't want to disappoint the current employer as i just joined. Is this a wise step? I'm an international student, so I'm cautious of my moves a lot.
