How to deal with difficult co workers?

Moi! Quick back story, im a 35 y/o male working in a hospital. My problem is most of my co worker speak finnish. I just arrived in Finland a month ago and still learning the language, yet they already treating me as an outcast.

To be fair, im not perfect, I know my limitations and im willing to learn. But i feel like i am a threat to them. FYI I never want a supervisory position and i am happy to work at the bottom, as long as i can provide for my family's needs.

Most of these people are also foreigners but with a knowledge of finnish language under their belt.
