What interest rates are you being offered this week?

Damn this debt ceiling dilemma! These rates are crazy.

I submitted 4 loan applications today and the first rate offer I got back was 7.5%. Better.com was almost 8%. Was hoping they’d offer a low rate, since I’ve seen companies do that, but I’m not seeing it yet.

What rates have y’all have locked in recently?

For context: husband and I’s credit scores are 780+, 85K in liquid cash, 300K home, 10% down, $8K of debt (student loans). I am a student, he is working and makes good money. Our debt to income ratio would be 15%.
