LVP disaster

I’m in a new home with LVP. When we moved in 6 weeks ago we had a few spots of LVP that were slightly bubbled up but now the floor looks like this everywhere. The flooring manufacturer is replacing the product and the installers are reinstalling but it feels like I’m not getting the full story. What do you all think? Install issue, defective product, something else?
