is this finally healing??

hi. i'm pretty sure i have folliculitis on my butt and it's been gradually getting less and less but the spots seem to be more purpley in colour now. does this mean it's healing and will they fade?! huge wack on my confidence levels cause of this and i just want them to be gone :/
