Need some advice on my medications given by a dermatologist

So as the titles say, my medications given are 2 antibiotics to be taken at the same time which are azithromycin (for 5 days) and Ciprofloxacin (for 2 months) and accutane

I used to abuse clindamycin in the past and now I have folliculitis decalvans on my scalp and my chin

Should I just go on with it or avoid taking these medications?
