CFB Roster Update

I'm noticing some people are having problems simulating to the Regular season
I've been working on an update This roster is a work in progress Added 2 Colorado Player's Added some Oklahoma players Adjusted DJ Uiagaleis Overall Added some Tulane player

This roster is mainly a Tulane updating but I'm doing some other small things on the side as well

I also simulated to the Regular season so you can start there

With randomized schedules each time you make a new league

Again remember this is a work in progress
