Music volume?!? Can't turn it down!! It's so loud!

I play on PC and after the Halloween update I can't turn the music down. I have it on 0 and it's SO FREAKING LOUD! I play with headphones and my ears are bleeding. Anyone else have any issues with this? I've tried logging out, rebooting my PC, and just about everything else I can think of. It gets quieter if I change the MAIN volume, but then that affects the volume of everything in the game, and that's not good.
