DLCs not registering on XBSX

My father owns ultimate edition, I have all the DLCs installed with the game on the internal storage, aswell as him signed in with me and yet when I load up the game none of the DLCs register as owned or installed. ive only had this issue with the series X and my 1 and 1S before it had no issues transferring data between them, and even my PC has no issues with registering the DLC. I can't set the series X as home console and I can't play on my dad's account, I've already tried restarting the game and reinstalling the DLC. what do I do?

edit: as I'm writing this edit here, I actually got back on the 1S to test if it was a client issue or if it was a profile issue. considering it's now working it's gotta be a client issue. I'm assuming my save on the series X is still busted as of rn.
