How can I REALLY get all 9s

Ik the main answer is revise but I'm always unmotivated and phone addicted. I want to put screen time on my phone but I don't have that feature. I can revise just not for a long period of time. Currently I'm in yr 10 and I'd say I average 5-7s. I'm also easily intimidated by the success of my peers who make it look effortless.
