How much price would Rūkas set for your OC's contract to be sealed?

Their method of attacking is only when your OC has a power/weapon that can be used for ranged and close ranged (e.g this OC throws their fan to attack people, this OC slashes with this fan to attack people, this OC sprays people with acid to attack people, this OC bitch-slaps with acid to attack people)

It doesn't have to be an OC with powers, OC without a power can still join as long as they have ways to fight.
