Serious question s24 ultra picture quality

So I am a Galaxy or Samsung phone user since the Note 3. I have always chosen Samsung because the technical advances and high quality displays. Over the past 3 years I have taken photography very seriously.

That being said I got a comment on one of my Instagram posts that Galaxy s24 ultra has horrible pictures. I asked the person to further explain as the Galaxy phones always have amazing cameras. He stated every time he takes a picture it is blurry. Of course I responded with delight that he could adjust his shutter speed to freeze the motion.

Although, after having some time to think and looking at all my photos, They are all blurry... If the subject is in any motion whatsoever the photo comes out blurry. Now I am wondering if there is some consensus here on the topic.

Is the Galaxy s24 ultra camera worse than the s23 ultra? I've noticed I don't even try to take pictures with my phone. So I know it has gotten pretty bad. Also I am aware that my professional camera will take a better photo than my phone. So it may be a bias on my part.

I am curious though what are your thoughts?
