Anyone angry with the Warranty exchange rules.

So I don't know when it started but today I had to exchange 2 new wired Xbox controllers. I only had 1 refurbished wired Xbox controller in stock.

The guy was like, "I'll pay the difference for either a new or refurbished wireless controller for the second controller.".

Me, okay cool.

New updated exchange system, nope this isn't a correct item please remove it. If the item isn't in the transaction, it just won't let you do the exchange and removes the return item, even if the customer would be buy a more expensive one

Yeah...... Looks like this guy is never buying a warranty with us again.

Plus I had to request more wired refurbished controllers for Warranty exchanges for this guy and the future ones to come.
